Pepinster disaster

• Today we went with 9 people to the disaster-area of Pepinster. We donated lots of relief supplies to Belgium Aid. These goods were both purchased by our club and sponsored by AD Delhaize Tienen, La Piccola Cantina Italiaanse wijn, Olleke Bolleke Candy Shop and Spar Tienen, for which we are thankful! The rest of the day we cleared debris and mud in one of the badly hit houses. We felt compelled to do this because this is a disaster of unprecedented magnitude in our prosperous country, where aid-coordination is a major problem.
