Fire destroys Tetsukabuto Dojo

• Today around 5:00 PM, about 3 hours before our training was going to start, the sports hall of Hoegaarden burned down completely in a devastating fire. It is the place where Genbukan Tetsukabuto Dojo Belgium is located under the leadership of Dojo-Cho Pieter Thijs.

This place had a very special meaning for us, because the first time Tanemura Soke ever came to Belgium, in 1989, the Taikai on Friday was held in the same place. We will now have to look for a new location for Tetsukabuto Dojo...
